You can verify a transaction in three ways: 1) Click the verification link sent to your email, 2) Search by transaction ID on our homepage, or 3) Search by your email address. Once you find the transaction, review the details and acknowledge it to complete the verification.

You can verify a transaction using any of the following: your email address, the transaction ID (usually starting with TXN-), or the unique verification ID (usually starting with VER-). The system will automatically detect which type of identifier you're using.

Once you acknowledge a transaction, you'll receive a confirmation email. The business that sent you the transaction will also be notified. The transaction status will be updated to 'acknowledged' and you'll have a complete record of the verification with timestamp and IP address.
